Dr. Taraleen Malcolm is the Technical Advisor, for Sustainable Development and Environmental Health with the Pan American Health Organization in Jamaica. She earned a PhD in Public Health from the Walden University and a Master in Public Health from the University of the West Indies. Her first degree is in environmental Health from the University of Technology, Jamaica. Dr. Malcolm has been an EHO for over 13 years she is a CP-FS and a peer reviewer for the Journal of EH.
Dr. Sylvanus Thompson is the Associate Director at Toronto Public Health in Canada. Extensive training and experience developing, implementing and evaluating public health programs and services. A major resource personnel on environmental public health issues particularly in food safety and quality assurance. Member of several local, national and international professional organizations including NEHA and IFEH. Recipient of various professional and community awards for outstanding contribution to public health.
